I had an issue and felt a bit ignored at first, which was frustrating. But support ended up replying quickly and got it sorted, so it worked out in the end

I ordered a hoodie from BAPE.COM and the color was pretty much what I expected from the pictures online. It might be a tiny bit darker in person, although at the same time I keep looking at it and thinking maybe it’s just the lighting in my room. Either way, it wasn’t a huge difference and definitely not one of those situations where it shows up looking totally different. I’m happy with it overall, but I still think the product photos could be a little more accurate. I’d give it 4 stars

Not gonna lie, I’m really happy with the hoodie I got from bape.com. The quality feels solid, the fabric is thick, and the print still looks clean even after washing. The fit was nice too, which is always a plus. Only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is because the price is definitely on the higher side, but overall I’m glad I bought it.

I have a high standard for everyday hoodies since I expect them to hold up with regular use, and this one didn’t quite meet that for me...
